Understanding the intricate landscape of the U.S. tennis player and sports goods market while simultaneously strategizing for a separate U.K. launch was pivotal. Moreover, navigating through unforeseen manufacturing delays due to the impact of COVID-19 compounded the complexities of their market entry.
Approach
To overcome these hurdles, our approach melded an array of targeted strategies across various advertising platforms and technology tools. Leveraging platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, we capitalized on the client's compelling video content from acclaimed figures in the tennis realm, fueling engaging campaigns. Notably, a strategic redesign of the landing page on Webflow, integrated with Stripe ecommerce, propelled revenue, garnering $1 million in the initial 90 days. Simultaneously, our bifurcated U.S. and U.K. launch strategies, coupled with innovative Facebook ad carousels and meticulous landing page enhancements, amplified brand reach and conversion rates. This concerted effort yielded remarkable results, including $6.87M revenue within the first 12 months, selling 10,069 units, achieving an 11.6x ROAS, and maintaining a $60 CPA.
