Our Journey began with founding InnerC, and a succesful exit
We met through university and became good friends. Leter down the road, we all took an entrepreneurship course and participated in a local competition. That's where InnerC was born.
A database of jobseeking students that simplifies job searching and recruitment, was our first child. It taught us all about growing a startup from scratch and the challenges that come with it. Our Team bonded over this project and we found our rythem.

We designed the website with university computers, hustled our way around the town to sign up our first employers and asked Every. Single. Student. on the campus who wanted or didn't want to hear about our new startup to sign up. Soon we grew the database and made a some contracts. Money was rolling in and we did marketing religiously to grow it as big as we can. Once we signed up a few top executives in Sillicon Valley, we peaked the attention of a few investors. Among them was PV Nearshore, a recruitment agency based in New York, which we ultimately sold the company to at an undisclosed price. Our baby is still live at: hiring.pvnearshore.com

After some point, as founders we needed proper growth marketing. Luckily, we were all MBA students and I was already a growth marketer, but I was already wearing too many hats. Our time was being spent on analysing campaigns rather than building the startup.
It was exhausting.
"Damn it.. now I need to find a guy for that".
This was becoming a running joke.
We had to hire an army of contractors for many different parts of our marketing. And usually they were no good. They just wouldn't get our vision. We had to micromanage the hell out of them.
"For God's sake, there must be a company that has done it before and can do all of our marketingfor us, right?" we searched for weeks. Wasted so much money and time and got burnt. We came to conclusion that nobody can build our startup as good as we can. Frustrated but we had no choice, so we became full-time marketers and part-time founders.
We went through hell to build InnerC. Working close to 90 hours per week, every single week. We woved to solve this problem for other founder after InnerC succeeded. And we did.
